Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions are designed to keep the www.silberfaser.eu web-site a safe place to trade and sets out the full conditions and agreement between you and JR-International Silver GmbH (English: GmbH = Ltd. with 25.000 Euro Capital fully paid) in connection with using this site. By placing an order you should fully understand that you accept the following terms and conditions. Please note: the contract language is German and the place of court is 21614 Buxtehude Germany.

You agree that e-mail can be used as the means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you as the client and JR-I unless and until JR-I agrees acceptance of your order by way of an email confirmation. That order acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time that JR-I sends the email to you, whether or not you receive the email. The confirmation email will amount to JR-I accepting your offer to buy goods / product from silberfaser.eu
The email will confirm and contain all relevant information concerning your order.
The email confirmation will also link to these Terms and Conditions and may be amended in accordance with the last paragraph of these terms and conditions from time to time.
You must check that the details on the email confirmation are correct as soon as possible and you should print and retain a copy.
JR-I will not pass your personal details on to any third party company or individual.
All the details which you provide to JR-I for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods you undertake to be correct. The credit card which you are using belongs to you and that you also have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.
If there are any changes required to the personal details which you have supplied it is your responsibility to inform JR-I as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed and despatched by either telephoning +49-4161-5547-12 during normal office hours or email to info@silberfaser.eu
You may also withdraw from your contract at any time after you have received our email confirmation by either:-
A – Sending the notice of cancellation by either email to info@silberfaser.eu confirming your Name / Address / Order Number.
B – When you have received the goods returning them to JR-I unopened / undamaged.
When JR-I receive notification that you wish to withdraw from the order / contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to JR-I from your credit card for your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The returned goods must be received back to JR-I in the condition that they were when despatched and delivered to you.
Liability
This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
JR-I does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specification and description of the listed products. JR-I will try to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practical after being notified of such items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JR-I is providing this web-site and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this web-site or the information, content, materials or products included in the site including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, JR-I does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this web-site is accurate, complete or current.
If in the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are or defective, or are different to the quantity to that stated on your order form, JR-I shall, at its own option make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount paid for the goods purchased, provided that you have notified JR-I of the problem. Nothing in this statement affects your statutory rights.
JR-I do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and / or loss from claims from third parties arising out of the use of the JR-I Web-site or for any products purchased from JR-I.
JR-I will only be liable for the direct loss up to the maximum total value of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Processing of Orders
Credit cards are debited at order, online via Moneybookers. You get the OK online and are in full control during the procedure.
All prices include 19 % German VAT sales taxes unless specifically stated.
Transport charges may vary from country to country.
Every purchase you make will be deemed as performed in the Federal Republic of Germany. German law will govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the web-site.
JR-I target aim is to arrange despatch of all stock items 48 hours from your order is received providing it reaches our sales department by 12 pm. Your order may be delayed if the specific item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and approximate dates of stock replenishment may be given.
Our standard returns policy applies to all purchases from JR-I.
Delivery / Title / Risk
The delivery period stated when you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your confirmation. Note that some part of the order may be sent on a separate date.
Title to any ordered goods will only pass to you when JR-I has received full payment for the product.
If your delivery address is outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a delivery reaches your country. Any such additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies can vary from country to country. In these circumstances it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information.
It should also be noted that when shipping cross-border some shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Miscellaneous
It is a crime to use either a false name or a known invalid credit card to make an order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. JR-I will engage with all the legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our web-site.
JR-I may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the amended or new version on the web-site. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our web-site onwards will be governed by the new terms.
These terms and conditions shall apply when JR-I accepts your order by emailing confirmation that it has been received. They will supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representation (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your order purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between JR-I and you, relating to your purchase. JR-I advises that you should print off a copy and keep these terms and conditions safe once your order has been accepted by JR-I.
You are advised to fully read (you are responsible for reading) all the information on this web-site. If any terms are invalid or unenforceable, those specific terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany. The language of this site is English. You have the possibilty to close the contract also in German, French and Danish. Place of Court is 21614 Buxtehude/Germany.
Returns
Statutory Rights
We are delighted that you have chosen to shop with us. Occasionally we know that you may want to return items. By European Union law customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days after the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. We recommend for your protection that for your return you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than 40 €.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Please note that we do not accept returns if you deliver them by hand.
Returns Policy
Our fourteen-day return guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within fourteen-days of the date you receive the item, unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or damaged.
In the event that JR-International send you a replacement for damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the item to JR-International within 10 days.
JR-International reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement items to the credit card used for the original order if you do not return the original items to us within 10 days of the date on which JR-International confirm that we will issue a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
